Summer 2023 packages

ONE NIGHT STAY:
•$180.00 up to 4 persons per night on Weekdays | one double bed & two sofa beds.
(An extra sofa bed can be added to up to 4 persons for an extra fee of $30.00 per sofa bed).
•$250.00 up to 4 persons per night on weekends | one double bed & two sofa beds.
(An extra sofa bed can be added to up to 4 persons for an extra fee of $40.00 per sofa bed).

The above package includes the following services:
•Access to the pool, gardens, kitchen, bar, and the fireplace.

•Check-in at 14:00 PM – Check-out 12:00 PM (timings are flexible upon availability).

ONE DAY ACCESS TO THE POOL:

• $150.00 up to 10 persons per day on Weekdays | extra fee of $10.00 per additional person.
  •$200.00 up to 10 persons per day on Weekends| extra fee of $15.00 per additional person.
  •Check-in at 11:00 AM – Check-out 19:00 PM (timings are flexible upon availability).

EXTRA SERVICES:
•Morning breakfast is available upon request for an extra fee of $10.00 per person.
•Oak Wood are available for the fire pit upon your request for an extra fee of $8.00 per 25 kgs of wood logs.

PAYMENT TERMS:
•50% non-refundable deposit to be paid upon reservation via a wire transfer payment (i.e: OMT).
•Remaining 50% to be paid upon check-in.

GUESTHOUSE GUIDELINES:

• Smoking is only allowed in open spaces.
  •Any damage in the guesthouse will result in a charge of the damaged item and the repairs for full cost.
• All persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
  •Owners and management are not responsible for any accident or injury.
• we are not responsible for any lost or stolen valuables.
• Illegal activities and objects are prohibited and forbidden.
