1. Introduction

Welcome to Lebanon Rental. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Our Role

Lebanon Rental is a property listing and booking coordination platform. We connect guests (“Clients”) with property owners (“Owners”) for short-term rentals. We act as an intermediary to facilitate communication, reservations, and in some cases payment arrangements.

We are not the property owner or manager, and we do not provide accommodation services directly. All rental agreements are between the Client and the Owner.

3. Booking Process

  1. Clients may submit a Request to Book through our website or directly with our booking agents.

  2. Bookings are subject to confirmation by Lebanon Rental. No booking is final until confirmed by us.

  3. Once confirmed, Clients must complete payment as instructed.

  4. Reservation details, including check-in instructions, will be provided after payment confirmation.

4. Payment

  • Unless otherwise agreed, Clients send payment directly to the Owner using the agreed transfer method (e.g., OMT, Whish Money).

  • In some cases, payment may be collected by Lebanon Rental on behalf of the Owner and transferred to them.

  • Payment instructions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client-initiated cancellations must be submitted in writing to Lebanon Rental. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy agreed with the Owner at the time of booking.

  • Lebanon Rental reserves the right to cancel a booking for non-payment, incorrect information, or other valid reasons, in which case any eligible refund will be issued according to the Owner’s policy.

6. Property Condition & Responsibilities

  • Property descriptions and images are provided by the Owners and/or Lebanon Rental. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for discrepancies.

  • Clients are responsible for leaving the property in the condition it was in upon arrival.

  • Any damages, losses, or rule violations are the responsibility of the Client and may result in additional charges.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Lebanon Rental is not responsible for:

  • Acts, omissions, or negligence of property Owners.

  • Injuries, damages, or losses suffered during the stay.

  • Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading booking information.

  • Attempt to bypass our booking process.

  • Use the property for illegal activities.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
