🕒 Check-in & Check-out:
• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 2:00 PM

🚪 Arrival & Access:
• Upon reaching the main entrance gate, contact the property using the videophone or provided phone number
• The team will open the gate, guide you to your chalet, and provide the keys

💳 Security Deposit:
• A refundable security deposit of $50 is required at check-in
• The deposit will be returned after the unit is inspected at check-out
• Guests must notify the team 30 minutes before leaving so they can come to the unit for check-out

🍽️ Breakfast:
• Breakfast is served directly to the chalet
• Serving hours: Between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM
• Guests can select their preferred breakfast time during check-in

🔥 Fireplace Rules:
• Use the fireplace with caution
• Never leave the fireplace unattended

🚭 Smoking Policy:
• Smoking cigarettes inside the chalet is strictly prohibited

🐾 Pet Policy:
• Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property

🍖 Grill Usage:
• Only grills provided by the property be used
• Personal grills are not allowed
• Grill usage is available for an additional fee
• Contact the property for pricing and details

💡 Electricity:
• An electricity card is provided with the chalet key
• Insert the card into the reader inside the unit to activate the electricity

🏊 Shared Pool Access:
• Pool opening hours: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
• The swimming pool is shared and not private
• Only bikinis are permitted in the pool area
