Noise: There are no immediately close neighbors, so loud music is allowed (within reason). Please lower the volume after 11:00 PM.
Pets: Allowed upon request (Case by Case). Small pets may enter the house. Large pets must remain outside at all times.
Security Deposit: $300, refundable upon checkout.
