Terms & Conditions:

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 12:00 PM (noon)
• Parties or Events: NOT allowed. Small gatherings of up to 25 guests are allowed.
• Maximum Guests: 13 guests allowed to sleep at the property.
• Noise: There are no immediately close neighbors, so loud music is allowed (within reason). Please lower the volume after 11:00 PM.
• Pets: Allowed upon request (Case by Case). Small pets may enter the house. Large pets must remain outside at all times.
• Security Deposit: $300, refundable upon checkout.
