👤 Extra Guests

• + $50 per additional guest
• Chalet 2 maximum capacity: 8 guests
  → 2 extra guests will have limited sleeping space

💵 Security Deposit

A +10% refundable deposit is required as collateral, in case of any damage or undeclared extra guests.
This is necessary because on NYE, damages happen every year — and even the smallest issue costs much more than the rental amount.
