- Fully Private swimming pool
- 2 outdoor bathrooms

Rules and regulations:
- 50% down payment to confirm the booking (via OMT, WISH, Western Union..)
- Rent includes capacity for 7 people, an additional fee for any extra person above 7.
- The maximum capacity for the chalet is 10 including children!
- No refund/exchange unless 48 hours ahead.
- ID must be presented upon check-in
- No outside visitors
- No alcohol
- No pets
- No music
- The guests are fully responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to the chalet’s property and belongings.
Check-in and Check-out times are flexible, 3 options:
- Check-in at 7pm and out at 5pm
- Check-in at 8pm and out at 6pm
- Check-in at 8:30pm and out at 6:30pm
