PACKAGES FOR ONE NIGHT STAY AT CASA DI PIETRA:

• $100.00 up to 2 persons per night on Weekdays | one double bed.

   (Extra Sofa bed can be added up to 6 persons for an extra fee of $30.00 per Sofa bed).  

• $150.00 up to 2 persons per night on weekends | one double bed.

   (Extra Sofa bed can be added up to 6 persons for an extra fee of $40.00 per sofa bed).

The above package includes the following services:

• Private access to the pool, garden and outdoor kitchen.
• Check-in at 14.00 PM – Check-out 12.00 PM (timings are flexible upon availability).

PACKAGES FOR A ONE DAY ACCESS TO THE POOL:

• $100.00 up to 6 persons per day on Weekdays | extra fee of $10.00 per additional person.
• $150.00 up to 6 persons per day on Weekends| extra fee of $15.00 per additional person.
• Check-in at 11.00 AM – Check-out 19.00 PM (timings are flexible upon availability).

EXTRA SERVICES:

• Morning breakfast is available upon your request for an extra fee of $10.00 per person.
• Night fire Pit is available upon your request for an extra fee of $10.00 per 20 kgs of Wood

PAYMENT TERMS (OMT transfer or similar):

• 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid upon reservation.
• Remaining 50% to be paid upon check-in.

GUESTHOUSE GUIDELINES:

• Smoking is only allowed in open spaces and is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse.
• Damage in the guesthouse will result in a charge of the damaged item at 100% of the cost of the repairs.
• Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
• We are not responsible for any personal accident.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen valuables.
